Booking a Private Flight
As our carrying capacities vary with weather conditions, we have limited online bookings to a maximum of two passengers. We are able to accommodate up to four passengers if conditions allow. Please contact us directly if you are interested in booking a flight for three to four passengers.
We have built flexibility into our schedule and typically have availability beyond what is shown in our online booking calendar. If you have a special request or if our calendar simply reads "no online availability", please reach out to us directly to see how we can help.
Single Riders / Shared Flights
Due to limited capacities, frequency of cancellations, and intensity of flight planning logistics, we are unable to offer shared balloon rides or single rider tickets at this time. We do anticipate this offering capability in the future as our business grows.
Passenger Requirements
Your safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Before flying, we ask that you review and meet a few important requirements. These are in place to prioritize your safety, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
General Requirements:
Waiver: All passengers must complete a waiver prior to flight.
Age & Height: Passengers must be at least 7 years old and 48” tall to ensure they can see outside the basket.
Health & Safety: Passengers should be in good health and notify us of any pre-existing conditions. If you have heart, back, or joint issues, or any other medical concerns, please consult your doctor and inform us.
Physical Capabilities, passengers should be able to:
Stand for up to 90 minutes
Walk 500 feet over uneven terrain
Drop down from 24” (roughly the height of a dining chair)
Other Considerations:
Passengers must not be pregnant or possibly pregnant.
You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
For safety and flight planning, accurate weight details are essential. Please contact us before booking if your party's average weight exceeds 225 pounds per person.
Important: Providing accurate information—especially regarding weight—is critical for the safe operation of the balloon. Individuals with heart conditions, back or hip problems, weak knees or ankles, fainting spells, recent surgeries of any kind, or any other ailments should check with their doctor and also inform us of these conditions. All passengers are accepted at the discretion of the pilot in command and it is your responsibility to review and comply with these requirements. Please understand that inaccuracies or misrepresentations could lead to cancellation without a refund.

Cancellations
General - We understand that in many cases our passengers have been anxiously awaiting their bucket list adventure for months. Unfortunately, ballooning operations are extremely dependent on calm weather and other local factors. As such, cancellations are fairly common in our area. Please know that we are as excited as you are when it comes to sharing the wonders of balloon flight with our passengers. However, our first priority is the safety and well being of everyone and everything involved. This includes passengers, pilots, crew members, equipment, and the persons or property we may encounter along the way. Your pilot in command is keenly aware of the many factors that may affect the flight which extend far beyond the weather that may be seen or felt at the surface. What goes up must come down, and trust us when we say that if your pilot isn't comfortable flying it's wise to share the sentiment, even if you see other balloons flying.
Cancellations by the operator (us) may occur at any time, for any reason, prior to flight departure. Passengers will be notified as soon as possible following determination. Passengers will be offered the opportunity to re-book the experience at no additional cost. Customer deposits do not expire, and passengers may elect to defer rescheduling to a later date. If a customer does not wish to reschedule following cancellation by the operator, they will be entitled to a full refund of advanced deposit(s) paid to the company.
Cancellations by the customer (you) must be completed at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled activity in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 72-24 hours in advance of the scheduled activity will forfeit the full amount of any required deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or those due to passenger non-compliance with requirements will be charged the full amount of the booked activity.
